I highly recommend orthodontist Sofiko. I applied 4 months ago because the retainer was torn between the teeth. Sofiko insisted on a complete replacement, the price of which was about 300 GEL. I did it, 4 months passed, the retainer came off completely. I didn’t change my lifestyle; I was with my previous retainer for several years. I went to the clinic again to glue it back. I explained the situation and they made an appointment almost a week later. At the reception, Sofiko said that she had to do everything all over again and pay 300 GEL again and now she didn’t have time, she needed to come another day. When I asked why they signed me up now, if she didn’t have time, after all, I explained the situation, they didn’t give an answer, why do I need to pay 300 GEL again, because I had been undergoing treatment for 4 months and before that I had been wearing a retainer for years, Sofiko began to blame my bite. She also said that it was my fault that he pulled away and I had to somehow walk without touching him and wait for her at the threshold of the clinic, begging to be accepted, that is, it was my own fault that I was accepted only a week later and that I did not go with torn off, scratching my mouth. Bottom line: prices are outrageous, they don’t take responsibility for their work, as soon as something goes wrong, everyone is to blame except them, my bite, the weather, but not the Georgians (Sofiko) bribes from them are smooth. They can’t provide service, they don’t know how to work with the client, the client owes them all the time, but they don’t owe him anything :) that’s the position. I wasted 300 GEL on a new retainer, Sofiko’s work lasted for 4 months, it would have been better if I had left the old torn one, as it turned out, it would have been of more use now. I don’t recommend the clinic, they don’t know how to take responsibility, only money.
